The global, multidisciplinary EQMS team provides social consultancy services that can put together the best team of experts with the particular expertise and skills necessary to achieve sustainable outcomes of development projects and other public/private initiatives. In order to manage environmental and social challenges and risks in development projects and mitigate the adverse impacts on community and the environment, we prioritize proper planning, assessment, mitigation measure and management plan of the projects’ actions to ensure best remedies and practices. We make sure that community inclusion is a top concern throughout the project lifetime by incorporating social considerations into project design, management systems, policy formulation and implementation.
