Liberty Power USA, INC., registered in the U.S., is the sole sponsor and financier for establishing an electricity generation project of 55MW at Fenchuganj, Sylhet, Bangladesh, which will sell Dependable capacity and Net Energy Output to Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB). Subsequently, Liberty Power USA Inc. formed a D/B/A project company, registered in Bangladesh, named as American Liberty Power Bangladesh Limited (ALPBDL) which is responsible for designing, financing, insuring, construction, ownership, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the 55MW at Fenchuganj, Sylhet.
