The Government of Bangladesh has now decided to uplift and expand the cox’s bazar airport at international standard very recently. So a rehabilitation of 4409 number of landless families living at the area of Ashrayan-2 Project near Cox’s Bazar airport under Sadar Upazila of Cox’s Bazar has been felt. A 595 meters long bridge with 11 spans considering 10.20 m vertical clearance over the Bakkhali River has been decided to construct for accessing the rehabilitation area.
