Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA) aims to establish 100 Economic Zones on 30000 hectares of land in the next 15 years with an employment generation target for 10 million people. In line with that, East-West Special Economic Zone Limited received authorization to establish an Economic zone on 218.68 acres land at the location of South Keraniganj area of Dhaka District that would help bolster the economic development of Bangladesh.
